To provide a safe and speedy service all prescriptions are computerised.
When you require a repeat prescription, please submit the request to us and allow 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before collecting it from your pharmacy. Due to safety reasons we don't accept medication requests over the phone. To request medication you can;
- drop a request slip to your surgery or pharmacy
- Use your pharmacy app (if applicable)
At the bottom of your repeat prescription list you will notice a review date. When you reach this review date your GP or reception team will contact you to book the most appropriate appointment to review your medication. This might be with a GP, Nurse Practitioner or a member of our nursing team. It's important you attend any appointment made for you for a review, as failure to do so could result in a delay in you receiving your medication.
