Locum GPs
When necessary we do use locum cover for doctors who are on leave, for professional reasons or when attending meetings/seminars.
Registrar GPs
We are a training practice for doctors who wish to work in General Practice. These are fully qualified doctors working under our supervision; please accept them as a valued addition to the team. Part of this training will necessitate that on occasions there will be video recording of patient consultations. This will not take place without a patient’s consent and any intimate physical examination will not be recorded. The camera will be switched off on request.

Administration
We deal with all incoming correspondence, such as letters from patients, clinic letters from hospitals, emails sent to our Practice email accounts and faxes. It is our job to attach all patient correspondence to your SystmOne patient record and bring to the attention of your GP anything that requires GP action or follow up. We provide daily secretarial support to our clinical and administrative team members. We also co-ordinate our vasectomy service. We are here to help if you have any problems regarding your E-Referrals or if you have any questions regarding a referral that has been made for you. You can contact us by phone on 01305 782226, option 2. Whenever we cannot take your call immediately, we will endeavour to get back to you at our earliest convenience to answer any queries.
