Welcome to Wyke Regis & Lanehouse Medical Practice

Welcome to our surgery website which aims to give you all the information you need to make best use of our services. The website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to provide you with appropriate healthcare as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of health issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Partners in Care

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.

Access & Parking

Wyke and Lanehouse surgeries and their facilities are at ground level with automatic doors to allow access for wheelchairs and prams. The Chickerell Branch has a ramp for wheelchair and pram access. If you need assistance with the doors, please let a member of staff know and they will be happy to help.

The car park at Wyke Surgery is not owned by the practice and we have no control over the parking restrictions.  The car park is shared by the library and the dentist which, at certain times, gets very busy. As spaces are at a premium, it would be appreciated if visitors would park here only when they are using the Health Centre facilities.

Alternatively, the council has recently provided 2 hour parking spaces directly opposite the surgery on Portland Road, so please use these whenever possible.

Please do not to use the spaces provided for the doctors in case they are called out on an emergency.

Lanehouse Surgery has its own car park and also has plenty of on street parking as well.Chickerell

Chickerell Surgery has off-road parking outside of the practice, as well as lots of on-street parking around the village.
